Rob Repta is an award-winning designer and former contributing writer for TheDieline.com, whose range of work spans packaging design, web design, brand development, and social media marketing.
As a Senior Graphic Designer and Brand point person at Anthem Worldwide I developed creative CPG packaging design for Fortune 500 companies such as General Mills, ConAgra, 3M, and Merck & Co. In addition to my primary role, I served as the Brand Point Person for ConAgra brands by assuring accuracy and consistency throughout the SKUs developed.As a Packaging Designer for PetSmart, Rob worked collaboratively with buyers and project managers, led brand redesigns, and orchestrated photoshoots. As Senior Designer and Social Media Strategist for Design Packaging, Rob worked under the leadership of Creative Director Evelio Mattos. Rob has always challenged the status quo, to think differently and create memorable unboxing experiences for consumers. He has also developed brand direction, visuals, and standards for both start-ups and established brands.
Through his collaborative spirit, elevated design aesthetic and strategic decisions, Rob worked with Design Packaging team to propel it further as an aspirational brand and experts in the field on a broader scale. Rob led the Social Media presence for The Dieline Conference at HOW Live in Chicago, overseeing all outward-facing posts and interacting with attendees.
When he's not working, Rob is a foodie that loves trying new places to eat and drink with friends, especially burgers and macarons for a sweet finish. He and his husband David have the two cutest dogs, Lilly and Olivia, and Parker the adorable feline. Traveling, attending art shows, and people watching makes him happy.
